Navigating a Neurodivergent World With Clarity and Purpose

Neuro-Aware, ADHD-Informed Coaching for Adults
navigating executive-function challenges, burnout and career misfit.

Whether you are living with ADHD, AuDHD or a brain and body that simply works differently, life can often feel like navigating without a map.

You may be intelligent, reflective and outwardly “functioning” yet constantly overwhelmed, exhausted or out of sync with traditional expectations.

This isn’t about trying harder. It’s about understanding how your system works and learning how to navigate from there.

Coaching at the Intersection of Brain, Body & Mission

ADHD, Autism and other neuro-differences rarely exist in isolation. Attention, energy, stress, health, values and purpose all interact.

My coaching sits at the intersection of how your brain works, what your body needs and what matters to you now; so change is practical and not performative.

  • Understanding attention, motivation, emotional regulation and follow-through

  • Working with executive-function patterns rather than “shoulds” or willpower

  • Moving from self-criticism to “This is how my brain actually works”

The Brain

Executive Function in Real Life

  • Acknowledging burnout, masking, stress and fluctuating capacity

  • Designing strategies that respect your energy, not just your calendar

  • Building sustainability rather than short bursts of coping

The Body

Capacity, Energy & Nervous System

  • Clarifying what matters to you and how your neurodivergent traits show up

  • Making sense of career misfit, transition or redesign

  • Turning insight into realistic and meaningful next steps

The Mission

Agency, Values & Direction

The aim is to rebuild clarity, agency and self-trust, so your life and work genuinely fit the system you have.

Who I Typically Work With

I partner with adults who are ready to stop fighting their own biology and start navigating life more wisely. This may be for you if you:

Identify with ADHD or AuDHD traits (diagnosed or self-identified)

Feel misaligned or “misfitting” within traditional work or social systems

Are hitting a wall due to burnout, health challenges, sensory overload and executive function challenges

Value depth, reflection and structured thinking support

You might recognise yourself here:

“I’m articulate and capable, but inwardly exhausted from constant masking.”
“I’m told I’m ‘too functional’ for support, yet I’m burning out.”
“I want a thinking partner to help me externalise the map.”

Navigating Neurodivergence with A Wiser Mind

A Collaborative, Neuro-Aware Coaching Partnership

How We Work Together

Coaching with me is a process of collaborative navigation.

We may explore patterns, clarify options and translate insight into action through small, realistic experiments, without forcing change or chasing idealised productivity.

My role is to provide structured thinking support, reflection and accountability, while your agency and consent remain central at all times.

This is coaching for real humans, not optimisation models or one size fits all systems.

Important Note

My approach is non-clinical and grounded in established ADHD coaching competencies.

I am not a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist or therapist and I do not diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions nor do I provide medical advice.

Some clients may choose to work alongside medical, therapeutic or other professional support. My role is not to replace those professionals, but to help you make practical sense of what you already know and apply it to everyday life.

Professional Standards and Credentials

I am a certified ADHD coach, trained by the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA). ADDCA, based in the USA, is widely recognised as the worldwide leader for ADHD education and training. Their coach training programme is built around the neuroscience of ADHD and its impact on the individual.

I currently hold my AACC with ADDCA and I also hold my CACP (Certified ADHD Coach Practitioner) with the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC).

I bring a background in professional services, a strong interest in neuroscience and the brain–body connection and lived experience of a late diagnosis of ADHD and Autism, alongside health-related challenges.

My work is grounded in ethical practice, ongoing professional supervision and a realistic understanding of how people actually function.

What The Clients Say

"I was very happy with the coaching I received from David."

"He was totally interested in me as a person, which led to some really cool questions, and unlocked thought processes and a level of self-insight that I wasn't expecting. I've come out with some improvements already made, but also more I need to work on!"
