1:1 Coaching

A Neuro-Aware Navigation Process

Coaching with me is not about fixing you or pushing harder.

It’s about understanding how your system works and learning how to navigate life and work more wisely.

My approach is collaborative, client-led and grounded in ADHD-informed coaching, professional training and a realistic understanding of how the brain, body and environment interact in real life.

The Coaching Journey

Rather than a rigid programme, coaching unfolds through a flexible navigation process.

A free introductory conversation to explore what’s going on for you and whether we’re a good fit.

01
Discovery Call

We clarify your aims, pressures and context.

We map patterns and areas you wish to focus on which may include executive functioning, energy, self-talk, motivation, environment, burnout or transition.

This creates a grounded starting point for the work.

02
90-Minute Planning Session

Regular 50-minute sessions focused on reflection, structured thinking and practical experimentation. Sessions take place online via video conferencing. You may choose to have your camera on or off. For clients based on the Isle of Man, face-to-face sessions may be available if preferred.

Many clients appreciate the flexibility of online sessions, which fit easily around work and life commitments, but we can discuss what works best for you.

(2-3 sessions per month)

03
Ongoing Coaching

We reflect on progress, adjust direction and ensure the work remains aligned with your capacity and aims.

04
Review & Recalibrate

Coaching is adaptive.

You may continue, take a pause or conclude; depending on what feels right.

05
Continue, Pause or Complete

Timeframe & Commitment

Coaching works best when there is enough space between sessions to reflect, experiment and integrate change.

As a guide, I usually suggest a mental commitment of around three months. There is no single “right” timeline. Some clients continue for longer. Some pause and return later. Some find that three months gives them exactly what they need.

We regularly review pace, focus and capacity together.

Greater clarity on how they function

Increased trust in internal signals

Practical strategies grounded in real capacity

Reduced self-blame and less forcing

Insight translated into sustainable action

Stronger agency in career and life decisions

This is not optimisation coaching.

It is navigation coaching.

Finding the Right Fit

Coaching is personal. It should feel right. The discovery call is a space to explore what’s going on for you, but it’s also a chance to see whether we work well together.

I often encourage people to speak with one or two coaches before deciding. Qualifications matter, but fit matters just as much. You should feel able to:

Speak openly
Drop the mask
Think out loud
Explore without judgement
If it feels like a good fit, we move forward.
If not, that’s completely okay.

Ready to Start ?

The best way to see whether this approach is right for you is to have a conversation. No pressure. No sales pitch.

Just space to explore what’s going on and whether working together feels like a good fit.
