About A Wiser Mind

You don't need a formal diagnosis to work with me.  If we're a good fit, I will meet you exactly where you are.  However that said, you may have a formal diagnosis of ADHD and/or Autism or strongly recognise those traits in yourself.

Diagnosis tells you where you are.  Navigation determines whether you get anywhere safely.

Many people reach a point where they understand themselves better, possibly through ADHD, Autism or recognising neurodivergent traits, but still feel unsure how to live and work in a sustainable way.

This is where coaching can be helpful.

Every step feels exhausting, and even standing still takes effort.

That’s what life with unmanaged ADHD or AuDHD can feel like.

Through coaching, self-awareness, and learning how your brain works, the stream doesn’t disappear — but it softens. It becomes a gentle flow instead of a flood. You still feel the current, but you can walk through it. You can see the top of the hill. And this time, you can actually reach it.

How I Work

My coaching is collaborative, reflective and neuro-aware.

 

I work with you to understand your landscape — how attention, energy, executive function, and demands interact in real life.

I don’t diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions. Many clients also work alongside clinical or therapeutic support. Coaching complements — it doesn’t replace — those supports.

We focus on three core areas to help you move forward:

Awareness

Understanding your neurodivergence and how it influences your life.

Knowledge

Learning about your strengths and what works for you and providing insights from the latest neuroscience and research to help inform your personal strategies.

Acceptance

Creating a supportive environment where you can embrace your strengths and challenges.
